Clarity Scaffold · Coming soon

Every "how do we…?" answered from your own documents.

One searchable place where anyone on staff can ask "how do we handle a refund over $500?" and get the answer from your own handbook, policies, and SOPs — with a link to the source. The questions stop landing on the same two people.

How it works

  1. Download and say "let's get started." The scaffold walks your tech person through a short intake: your teams, your document folders, and who should see what.
  2. Upload your documents. Handbook, SOPs, policies, price lists, plans. The scaffold indexes them and answers only from them — not from the open internet.
  3. Deploy it company-wide. One command puts it live. Staff sign in and ask; every answer cites the document it came from. Update a document and the answers update with it.

What's inside

Answers with receipts

Every answer links to the exact source document, so staff can trust what they read and go deeper when they need to.

Role-aware access

Managers can see policies front-line staff can't. Access follows the roles you set in the intake, not one big shared pile.

Security already done

Staff logins, row-level data protection, and an audit trail of who changed what. Configured before you arrive.

Cheap to run

The heavy thinking happened before you bought it. Day-to-day answers run on affordable AI models in your own accounts.

Who it's for

Companies where institutional knowledge lives in two veterans and a shared drive nobody can navigate. Twenty to two hundred people, any industry. If your best people get interrupted five times a day with questions the handbook already answers, this is the fix.

Common questions

Who on my team sets this up?
Anyone comfortable with tech — most companies hand it to whoever runs their website or IT. You'll need Claude Code installed, with a Claude subscription or API key. Setup is a guided conversation inside it plus a one-command deploy, and a plain-English fallback guide covers every step.
What happens when documents disagree?
The answer shows both sources and flags the conflict — which is usually how outdated policies finally get noticed and fixed.
Where does my data live?
In your own accounts. Your documents, your staff accounts, and the app itself live in services you own and control. We never hold your data.
How long does setup take?
About an hour for most teams. Large document sets take longer to ingest, but you can add folders over time.
