Clarity Scaffold · Coming soon

Your support inbox, answered in your voice.

A working support desk that reads incoming customer questions, finds the answer in your own policies and product docs, and drafts a reply for your team to approve. We spent the compute and did the security work up front so you don't pay for either.

How it works

  1. Download and say "let's get started." The scaffold walks your tech person through a short intake: your products, your policies, and the tone you want replies written in.
  2. Point it at your documents. Upload return policies, product guides, pricing sheets, and past replies. The scaffold turns them into the knowledge your support desk answers from.
  3. Deploy and connect your inbox. One command puts it live. Incoming questions arrive triaged, with a drafted reply attached. Your team edits, approves, and sends.

What's inside

Drafts, not auto-sends

Every reply is drafted from your documents and waits for a human to approve it. Nothing reaches a customer without your say-so.

Triage built in

Urgent complaints, refund requests, and simple questions get sorted and prioritized, so your team works the right queue first.

Security already done

Team logins, row-level data protection, and an audit trail of who approved what. Configured before you arrive.

Cheap to run

The heavy thinking happened before you bought it. Day-to-day drafting runs on affordable AI models in your own accounts.

Who it's for

Companies where two or three people answer fifty customer emails a day between their other jobs. E-commerce shops, service businesses, distributors. If your team includes a couple of technical staff who can run a guided setup, you can have this live in an afternoon.

Common questions

Who on my team sets this up?
Anyone comfortable with tech — most companies hand it to whoever runs their website or IT. You'll need Claude Code installed, with a Claude subscription or API key. Setup is a guided conversation inside it plus a one-command deploy, and a plain-English fallback guide covers every step.
Will it email customers on its own?
No. It drafts; your team approves and sends. You can loosen that later for routine questions, but approval-first is the default.
Where does my data live?
In your own accounts. Your policies, your customer messages, and the app itself live in services you own and control. We never hold your data.
How long does setup take?
About an hour for most teams. Longer if you have years of past replies you want it to learn your tone from.
