How it works

  1. Download and say "let's get started." The scaffold walks you through a short intake: your company, your roles, what a new hire needs to learn in week one.
  2. Point it at your documents. Upload your SOPs, checklists, or training notes. The scaffold turns them into role-based onboarding checklists and training modules.
  3. Deploy and hand it to your team. One command puts it live. Admins add roles and modules. Employees work through their checklist and ask questions answered from your own docs.

Common questions

Do I need to be technical?
No. The setup is a guided conversation. If you can answer questions about your own business, you can finish it. There's also a plain-English fallback guide for every step.
Where does my data live?
In your own accounts. Your documents, your employee data, and your app all live in services you own and control. We never hold your data.
What do I need before starting?
Claude Code installed, with a Claude subscription or API key — the guided setup runs inside it. Then your SOPs or training notes in any common format, plus free-tier accounts for hosting and database. The intake tells you exactly where to get each key and what it's for.
How long does setup take?
About an hour for most teams. Longer if you have a lot of documents to ingest.
