Clarity Scaffold · Coming soon

Hiring that doesn't live in someone's inbox.

An applicant tracker built for companies without a recruiting team. It collects applications from wherever you post, screens each one against your actual requirements, and keeps a pipeline board so nobody promising sits unanswered for three weeks.

How it works

  1. Download and say "let's get started." The scaffold walks your tech person through a short intake: the roles you hire, your must-haves, your dealbreakers, and your hiring stages.
  2. Point it at your applications. Forward your applications inbox or connect where you post jobs. Every resume gets read and summarized against your criteria.
  3. Deploy and run your pipeline. A board shows every candidate by stage, with drafted messages to advance, schedule, or decline people respectfully and on time.

What's inside

Screening against your bar

Each applicant summarized against your must-haves — not a keyword match, a reasoned read with quotes pulled from the resume.

A pipeline that nags

Candidates stuck in a stage too long get surfaced, with a drafted follow-up ready to send. Good people stop going cold.

Security already done

Candidate data is personal data. Logins, row-level protection, and an audit trail are configured before you arrive.

Cheap to run

The heavy thinking happened before you bought it. Day-to-day screening runs on affordable AI models in your own accounts.

Who it's for

Companies that hire a few people a year and dread it every time. Trades, clinics, restaurant groups, small manufacturers, growing offices. If your last good candidate took another offer while your postings inbox sat unread, this is for you.

Common questions

Who on my team sets this up?
Anyone comfortable with tech — most companies hand it to whoever runs their website or IT. You'll need Claude Code installed, with a Claude subscription or API key. Setup is a guided conversation inside it plus a one-command deploy, and a plain-English fallback guide covers every step.
Does it reject people automatically?
No. It summarizes and recommends; humans decide. Every decline message is a draft until someone on your team approves it.
Where does candidate data live?
In your own accounts. Resumes, notes, and the app itself live in services you own and control. We never hold your data.
How long does setup take?
About an hour for most teams. Defining your must-haves well is the part worth slowing down for — the intake helps you do it.
