Clarity Scaffold · Coming soon

Five-star reviews, asked for at the right moment.

A reputation desk that asks customers for a review right after a job well done, watches what lands on Google and the other platforms, and drafts an on-brand response to every review — glowing or brutal — for your approval.

How it works

  1. Download and say "let's get started." The scaffold walks your tech person through a short intake: where you collect reviews, your brand voice, and what counts as a finished, happy job.
  2. Connect your finished jobs. Point it at your invoices or job list so the right customers get asked at the right time — not months later from a generic blast.
  3. Deploy and approve responses. New reviews arrive with a drafted reply attached. You approve the good, soften the bad, and never leave a review hanging again.

What's inside

Asks at the right moment

Review requests go out when the work is fresh and the customer is happy, in your voice, with your links.

Every review answered

Thoughtful drafted responses for each review. The angry one-star gets flagged for your personal attention, with a careful draft to start from.

Security already done

Team logins, row-level data protection, and an audit trail of every request and response. Configured before you arrive.

Cheap to run

The heavy thinking happened before you bought it. Day-to-day drafting runs on affordable AI models in your own accounts.

Who it's for

Local and service businesses that live and die by their Google rating. Trades, clinics, restaurants, salons, repair shops. If your happiest customers never leave reviews and your one angry customer did, this evens the score.

Common questions

Who on my team sets this up?
Anyone comfortable with tech — most companies hand it to whoever runs their website or IT. You'll need Claude Code installed, with a Claude subscription or API key. Setup is a guided conversation inside it plus a one-command deploy, and a plain-English fallback guide covers every step.
Will it post fake reviews or reply without me?
Neither. It only asks real customers after real jobs, and every response is a draft until you approve it.
Where does my data live?
In your own accounts. Your customer list, your review history, and the app itself live in services you own and control. We never hold your data.
How long does setup take?
About an hour for most teams. Connecting your job or invoice list is the variable — the guide covers the common tools.
