‍What You’ll Do
‍We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys solving problems creatively, and wants to see their work have a direct impact on real businesses.As an AI Automation Engineer, you’ll take ownership in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI automation systems that power crucial business operations. You’ll work directly with leadership to understand business processes, identify technical requirements and build scalable automations that integrate AI and modern software tools.Primary ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain automation workflows to connect business systems and eliminate manual tasks

- Develop secure backend processes for workflow data, logging, and analytics

- Integrate APIs and data sources to automate lead management, reporting, and operations

- Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions

- Test, debug, and document workflows for reliability and long-term maintenance

- Deploy and monitor workflows in production environments

‍Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js (TypeScript/JavaScript) or Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Frontend experience with React or Next.js for building dashboards, client-facing tools, or internal workflow interfacesSolid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT, API keys)
- Database experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, or MySQL for secure data storage, logging, and workflow output managementStrong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills

1+ year experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience with AI/ML APIs and integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Able to deploy cost effective workflows and make improvements to existing workflows.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git/GitHub, and basic CI/CD deployment workflows

‍Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Airtable, MongoDB & Notion databases
- Serverless or CI/CD deployment experience
- Understanding of data security best practices
- Background in business analysisExperience architecting high availability solutions
